This law practice was opened in 1984. Legal services are provided mainly in the area of estate planning and decedent’s estates, as well business law. We do not take contested matters, guardianships, family law, criminal, bankruptcy, employment, or consumer cases.

Since 1984 we have represented hundreds of clients in routine decedent’s estates and heirship cases. We draft wills and other probate documents, and advise clients in the matters of estate planning.

In the area of business law we represent clients in establishing corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and other forms of business entities.
